Lloyd managed end to end the design and development of Yahoo-Eurosport, one of Yahoo’s top 5 projects in the EU and the single largest product development effort ever done by Yahoo EU. He had to put together a development team and lead it to deliver his product vision. This was further complicated by the fact that this was done in partnership with another company, Eurosport and the need to combine both sets of objectives and both legacy assets and platforms. This project is a huge success already, having launched in time and delivers already in line with expectations.
