What I could really do with is somewhere to easily store an OPML file of all the feeds I have ever subscribed to, to which I can quickly add new feeds. Fred Wilson wrote a good post some time ago about how he basically uses Bloglines as a “UI to an OPML file”, which is a nice way of putting it. But I find Bloglines to be clunky in this regard – it’s not designed primarily to edit and export OPML files, it’s designed to display RSS feeds.
What I’d really like is something like a Firefox plugin with which I can right-click on an XML feed location and which then stores the feed server-side, ideally in folders which pop up when I right-click. I could then export some or all of my folders to an OPML file for use in other systems.
Does anyone know of such a thing?
